After two years working as a marketer for a family-owned winery in Northern California, I returned to Madrid with a bold vision: to create something of my own. The challenges entrepreneur life, the continuous US/Europe culture shocks I experience on a daily basis, and pretty much every occasion that inspires me is what constitutes the core of El Substack de Elvi. Oh, and, of course, all the joy the wines I taste bring along on the everyday.
I believe my generation is set to redefine how we talk about and experience wine, breaking the mold and crafting a more dynamic and inclusive narrative. And this publication will be here to witness and share it all.
I DON’T promise a newsletter every week. Just be sure there will be wine, and a tiny bit of a Mediterranean flavor here and there.
